WHAT DAILY NOURISH IS WORKING TOWARDS
Daily Nourish exists to remove the effort from eating properly: satisfying meals made predominantly from recognisable ingredients, with generous protein, plenty of vegetables and clear, honest labelling.

This founding kitchen test uses a small number of convenience ingredients to establish a reliable starting point for flavour and consistency. Part of the development process is deciding whether every ingredient earns a place in the final recipe—and finding better alternatives where it doesn’t—without compromising taste, value or convenience.

Our working principle is simple:

Whole-food ingredients by default. Processed ingredients only when they provide a clear benefit, and always transparently declared.
